Reliable Residential Roofing and Guttering has been in business since 1979. Reliable has been under the same ownership since its incorporation. Reliable does all types of roofing, guttering, siding, chimney flashing, etc. We are proud of the name Reliable and pride ourselves on our workmanship and customer satisfaction. We have a staff of knowledgeable sales people that come to the job site and measure each job individually before sending the customer the estimate. We use quality materials for each job and do warrant our workmanship. Reliable is fully insured and we can provide references.

Reliable Residential Roofing & Guttering is a GAF Certified Contractor as well as an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and a CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator.

We've been in business a long time, and often repair mistakes left by other less qualified roofers. We therefore know the most vulnerable areas of the roof, and put a Leak Barriers (StormGuard or Weather Watch) as an extra layer of protection in those areas— quality other roofers skip— because you can't see it. We use quality roof deck protection under the shingle layer as added insurance. It lays flatter, to help prevent shingle blow off years down the road.
